Christina
ARI#: 163091
DOB : December 11, 1995

SIRE:  PPeruvian Leon
DAM:  Kalia
Christina is a creamy white dam that produces cria with especially dense fleece and a tight crimp.  In 2004 Christina had a beautiful black female we've named Hood View's Camelot.  We have bred Christina to a gorgeous dark brown sire named Spartacus of Alpine Fiber Alpacas.  Spartacus is a winner of multiple 1st and Reserve Championships, and throws color from fawn to black.  We have bred for outstanding fleece, confirmation and color this year so 2005's cria from Christina is destined to be outstanding.

High Mountain Daisy
Her name is High Mountain Daisy and she's got the most beautiful eyes we've ever seen on an alpaca.  That's indeed a tall statement to make as most alpaca's have beautiful eyes.  Just one look into Daisy's eyes and your heart melts, and she pulls you right into her world.  She is medium fawn in color, gentle mannered and has done very well in the showring.

It was a great year for our High Mountain Daisy and 2005 is going to be even better!  Daisy was bred back to a beautiful dark brown male named Cheyenne who has been winning a bunch of ribbons himself for his incredible fleece.  Daisy will have her first born here in May and this cria will be something to behold.  We were quite selective and had a specific criteria in mind as we were shopping for just the right female.  We knew what color, pedigree, temperament, award-winning and, most importantly - the breeding.  We found them all in this young lady and she has quite a future ahead of her.
